Version 24.1 is focused on engineers’ everyday tasks, no matter if you are steel connection designer, concrete engineer, or precast specialist.

Version 24.1 highlights

3D Detail is verified and ready for the structural design of anchoring in 3D while taking into account the real reinforcement, solving the task of anchors close to concrete edges.
New Lateral Torsional Buckling analysis in Beam app and SLS combinations in Detail for precast members design.
Ready-made Templates for 2D Detail make the start of modeling process a matter of seconds.

Parametric templates for typical or repetitive steel connections. There are 50 templates by default in the IDEA set and you can create any templates on your own.
Speed-up of Connection app with shorter application startup, faster responses in the Backstage menu, and result presentations and memory usage optimized for big projects.
UI improvements - Project item and material management, Measuring tool, multiselect/multiedit and DXF plate import
Eurocode improvements contain automatic code-selection between 1993-1-8 and 1992-4. Canada and Australia served with PJP welds, updated AISC v16.0 shape database and material defaults.

The Hilti PROFIS plugin enables 200k+ current Hilti users to export loads, materials and sections from their FEA application to Hilti PROFIS Engineering through Checkbot.
Connection designs applicable to node groups in Checkbot created automatically according to geometry and cross-section or user-define selection.
App speed increased by 60% and opens up-to 1000-nodes projects in a matter of seconds.
Exporting capabilities expanded with IFC export for simple or multi-connection files.
