O’Loughlin Project Engineers Limited, (OLPE), was founded in 2002 by Eugene O’Loughlin, a Chartered Engineer, who then had twenty one years experience in various engineering and management roles, in both mechanical and structural engineering, across a wide variety of industries. OLPE was initially set up to cater for a market niche in the design and drafting requirements of small to medium engineering fabrication companies, who did not retain their own in-house engineering design and drafting facilities.
